Tuna carpaccio
Ingredients:
3.5 oz. (100g) Landana 1000 DAYS, in flakes
8.8 oz. (250g) tuna carpaccio
4.4 oz. (125g) arugula
Dressing
1 tbsp. capers
3 lemons, juiced
150 ml olive oil, extra virgin
1 clove garlic, minced
freshly ground pepper and salt
Preparation Method:
Wash the capers and chop them up. Mix this with the lemon juice, olive oil and the garlic into a dressing and add some salt and pepper. Divide the tuna carpaccio over 4 big flat plates and sprinkle the dressing to taste over the tuna. Garnish with the arugula and the Landana 1000 DAYS flakes.
Wine tip:
Sauvignon Blanc (for example: Sancerre)
